Terms & Conditions :

• Rates based on per person per package basis.
• Price subject to 8% SST
• These are the charges guest have to pay at respective counter at Taman Tamadun Islam
• **Taman Tamadun Islam terminal fees RM 5
• **Merang Waterfront Terminal Jetty Fees RM 5
• **Deposit is NON – REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER BOOKING, OR BALANCE PAYMENT.
• ** All booking must travel within the same year (2025). No postponement to next year.
• ** Stricly no amendment or cancellations less than 21 days prior departure .
• **If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is less than the original rate, the excess money are not refundable.
• ** If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original date, the balance must be paid before departure.
• Each room must be at least 2 Adult
• Child rates chargeable between 4 to 11 years old (Based on birth month 2014-2021).
• Infant / Toddler 0 to 1 years old chargeable RM 50 / Per Infant (2024 - 2025).
• Infant / Toddler 2 to 3 years old  chargeable RM 100 / Per Infant (2022 - 2023) based on sharing bed with parents.
• Please be punctual for all activities. Any missed activities will be not replaced.
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• No amendment or cancellation after payment received.
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice and without any compensation
• All rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• No refund or price reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gear or any services not utilized
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
• Check in : 1:30pm, check out : 9am
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. 

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Reef Resort) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****
