Boat Schedule : (Boat journey takes 45 minutes)

• Merang Jetty - Island 9.30am
• Island - Merang Jetty 10.30am

***Standby at jetty at least 15 minutes before the departure of check-in / check-out and snorkeling trip.

***Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.

***Boat transfer is subject to weather condition

IMPORTANT :

-Due to bad weather condition, any unforeseen operation condition or for safety priority, RMBR reserve the right to alter, modify or withdraw the activity any time without prior notice and without any compensation.

-Please be at the jetty at least 15 minutes earlier for departure to/from mainland and for any activity

Terms & Conditions

• The rates above quoted based on per person per package basis.
• Minimum 2 adult in a room. If 1 Adult + 1 Child in a room means child need to pay adult rate.
• Package rates are inclusive 8% SST
• Single occupancy/Extra Bed Not available.
• Room based on per adult, example: 2 Adult 1 child refer twin room rate.
• Toddler 1-4 years old RM 80/Per Infant (without Bed).
• Child rate chargeable between 5 - 12 years old.
• Extra Charge for SeaView room RM100/room (applicable for Triple & Quad at any package)
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• For confirmation of reservation, deposit is required within 2 weeks from booking date/made (subject to resort), otherswise booking automatically cancel
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice and without any compensation
• No refund or price reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gear or any services not utilized
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour.
• All rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Electricity is switched off daily between : 9.30am - 11.45am, 2.30pm - 5.00pm
• Check in 10.30am, Check out 10am
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.

***Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Mutiara Resort ) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.***

Important:

• Please be advised that the transfer KT – Merang land transfer and Merang – Redang boat transfer is approximately 1 hour each trip
• Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.30 am and returning by any coach or flight before 12.30 noon is NOT advisable.
• Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.
